Q: Do you use AI?
A: No, all of our products are designed by hand, and any third party illustrations are human made. We are proud to support human art!
Q: Why is shipping to the USA so expensive?
A: Unfortunately because of the current tariffs, shipping to the USA is quite costly, and we dont have a fulfillment location within the states.
Q: Why did my order arrive in two packages?
A: Some of our shirts are printed and shipped out of house because the style of printing cannot be done in-house (yet!). This is something we are looking to resolve as soon as possible.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: It depends. Products leaving our location going to a location within Ontario only takes a few days on average. The farther away you get the longer it will take, since our products are only shipped out of Ontario (unlike a bigger retailer). For the products shipped out of house, it will take 1-2 weeks on average.
